Monday-Wednesday: $40.00 per person, per night

Thursday-Sunday:   $50.00 per person, per night

Minimum 2 Night Stay/ 6 Person Minimum

Deposit:  Dates are held with a 100.00 deposit.   The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Personal Check or Money Order is accepted.   

*For booking dates that are organized less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required to hold the date(s).

*The "group leader or one person" is responsible for paying the deposit and balance due.

Cancellation
Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent the loss of income to our business.   Once we book your dates, we remove the facility from the market, refusing all other requests.   With 60 days notice, your deposit can be transferred to another date or refunded.   We are sorry, but we are unable to give a refund after we have received your final payment.

Arrival:   Noon is the earliest, to allow us time to prepare for your group.   However, providing there isn't a conflict, an earlier arrival time may be possible.

Check Out:   By 3 pm to allow us to prepare for the next group of retreaters.   However, providing there isn't a conflict, a later departure time may be possible.

Meals:   The Retreat has a full kitchen. The oven is a convection/microwave oven for faster cook times.  All tableware and cookware are supplied.   Feel free to arrange potluck with your group, shop locally at the grocery store in Brazoria, or visit one of Lake Jackson's and Brazoria's many restaurants.   2J's Seafood Restaurant is   within walking distance   from the Riverbend Retreat.   It is on the water   and offers a beautiful outdoor deck for dining and taking in the scenery.   They offer a large menu and are open for lunch and dinner.   Also, Dido's Waterfront Restaurant is approximately 7 miles away and offers waterfront dining indoor/outdoor as well.
